description

With this investment, the mining rights for gravel and sand were acquired over a total area of over 70 hectares. This land contains an estimated supply of around 15.6 million tons of gravel and gravel sand, which represents a valuable resource for the construction and infrastructure industries.

The acquired land not only offers potential for mining gravel and sand, but also makes it possible to use this land for sustainable energy generation. It is planned to install photovoltaic systems with a total output of up to 90 megawatts on the relevant area. These plants should make a significant contribution to decentralized energy supply and to reducing CO2 emissions by generating renewable energy from sunlight.

The combination of mining rights for raw materials and the use of space for the installation of photovoltaic systems represents an innovative and future-oriented investment strategy. It combines both the extraction of valuable raw materials and the promotion of renewable energy, thus contributing to sustainable development. The integration of photovoltaic systems into this project offers the opportunity to continue using the land economically after mining gravel and sand and to create a long-term source of income. This not only promotes the economic profitability of the project, but also the implementation of environmentally friendly and climate-friendly solutions in line with the global goals of the energy transition.
